We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please read below to understand how returns and refunds work for our store.
Return window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Returns are free for damaged or incorrect items.

Items returned after 30 days of delivery Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer Sale or final-sale items (if clearly marked at time of purchase) Refund process
Contact us — Email us at support@thevelourastudio.com with your order number and photos of the issue within 30 days. We'll review — We aim to respond within 1–2 business days with a resolution. Refund issued — Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. Lost or delayed orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us. We'll investigate with the carrier and offer a replacement or full refund if the item is confirmed lost.
Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed for a full refund. After 24 hours, your order may already be processed and we cannot guarantee cancellation.
